Tell me about the Bersa Thunder 380?
I have 4 .380 handguns. All of them hurt some part of my hand except the bersa. It's somewhat a clone of the Walther PPK but it shoots nothing like the ppk. It shoots extremely well, reliably, and is a great pleasure to shoot. The walther is a pleasure to shoot with a glove. No slide bite... -

i've never hear of a failure of this type with this gun. I believe you got the ONLY bad one. Send it to Ruger, you'll probably have a replacement in a week. -

The Taurus 92 AFS which I have has an almost 1911 quality trigger and is accurate as any 9mm I own. They are super nice, well made, and beautiful. They are well balanced and shoot and hold great. GET ONE!! (i realise i just complimented the beretta, but hey, the truth is the truth). -

Sig 232 or 238 for carry?

Bersa Thunder 380 problems (!!&*$$%%#!!)
after looking at my 380 thunder I find it feasable that you should be able to see some kind of imperfecton which is impeding the forward movement of the cartridge into the chamber. Can you manually rack a full magazine through the pistol with no noticeable difference from cartridge to cartridge? -

There are modes of polish that wont remove a coating by the way. You just need to 'touch it up a tad'. But if Bersa says it voids their warranty - well - it ISN'T working like it is.... -

PPK or Bersa
I have the Bersa and i shot it yesterday. It's one heck of a great pistol. Easy to point, shoot, and get back on target. I'm in the process of buying a Walther, but I doubt it will shoot any better than the Bersa. I've had my Bersa 3 years and it's never misfired. It's a great carry gun too -... -

First pistol: Ruger SR9 - anything to suggest?
I've had one for a couple of months. Be aware that you "could" have chambering issues the first couple of hundred rounds because the gun is really tight from the factory. Having said that, it's a beautiful, functional, and accurate pistol which is a joy to shoot. I've not had one problem... -

Good 9mm handgun that can "do it all"?
I think a do it all Glock is the 26/27 series. It's a legitimate conceal carry gun, plus it's rock solid, accurate, and reliable. It's a small army in your IWB holster.
