Just about any AK ought to be just fine. Milled or stamped, folding stock or not, triangle, standard, yadda yadda.
I've never had an AK with the triangle folding stock, but those slimmed down metal folding stocks *usually* aren't as comfortable to use or get a cheek weld on as a regular...

I've been rocking out with the Kershaw OSO Sweet for about six months now in my EDC. Quick and easy to operate, inexpensive, and handy to carry. The screws for the clip are starting to come a little loose, so I need to tighten them down. Currently about $23 on Amazon.

I find they're good to help new shooters learn how to load magazines, load/empty the chamber, and useful for myself to practice handling failures/issues.
