Danny Costanzo: Hablo, Smith and Wesson? You have the right to remain *dead*. Anything you do will be used against you. You have the right to a *coroner*. If you...
The school of thought I subscribed to when buying my mount from Larue was this:
If you have flip-up sights (front and back sight), you get absolute co-witness. If you drop a grand on an aimpoint/eotech/etc. with mount, you don't want your BUIS in the way unless you need it. And if you do need...
I've been watching these government liquidation auctions and learning about them. One of the big warnings I've seen is to not expect these vehicles to be road worthy. So plan to truck that deuce and a half home. Which can add up.
I'm watching for a M1008!
This! Everything for a jeep. I have the large tuffy security drawer in my 06 unlimited. It's awesome, but would delete the rear seat in anything but an unlimited. In the unlimited you can keep the rear seat. Very tough, and can essentially be double locked because it is so close to the rear...
Please forgive my ignorance, but that round is legal to hunt with in Indiana? I had never heard of it until this thread, so I googled it. Looks interesting. But I thought rifle calibers weren't legal to use hunting. Is it legal because of it's muzzle velocity?

I've done a lot of looking on this subject, and looked at the pump that ties into your current line and pressurized your pressure tank. But I can't help but think it would take a lot of effort to draw water from a deep well, through lines, and then actually pressurize your pressure tank. I am...
Don't know about the ar-7 mods, but did see a show with Les Stroud, aka survivorman. He made a standard .22 rifle much more "survival" focused by drilling holes under the butt plate to hold extra ammo and other needs. Pretty interesting idea.
I would like to find a magazine extension for a Remington 870 Express Magnum. Probably be there Sunday morning, as the PU game is Saturday. Any chance you'll have one? And what info do I need to bring from the gun?
Thanks
West Lafayette proper is full of a bunch of liberal, know-it-all, pretentious ..... grrr, don't get me started. What do you expect from a town full of liberal academics.
If you're looking for shooting events, etc. you might look into the Wildcat Valley Rifle and Pistol Club. They have lots of shooting events. It's a private club, with dues. But it's one of the only games in town.

Emptying your mags will wear them out faster than leaving them full. It's the cycles of full to empty and back that wears out the spring, not sitting under tension.
I just got my aimpoint m4s mount on my Daniel Defense ar. Looking forward to getting out and sighting it in. Trying to figure out where on the rail I want it, so I've been playing with positions to figure that out.
