      Great to hear this was struck down. I really hope SCOTUS picks up Assault Weapons and High Capacity Magazine bans next. The sooner the better, need some relief for our friends behind enemy lines.

      Thinking about purchasing a AR style 12 gauge.

      I would really recommend shooting one first before buying. The joy of having a magazine fed shotgun may ware off and then it will be really hard to sell said shotgun. All the pawnshops I've been to typically have a few of those AR style shotguns in the racks. Had a Saiga 12 several years ago...

      Why are so many current models of bolt action rifles offered without sights?

      I'm on the same boat. I like the idea of having backup sights if my optic is trashed. I don't have extra scopes lying around so it may be weeks before that rifle is useable again if it doesn't have iron sights.
