      In the new world of hyper-liability concerns, there isn't a police department on the face of the planet that would actually give anyone the go ahead to shoot. Besides, they wouldn't get a chance to use all the SWAT toys they have. As it's been mentioned already, unless the officer is alone...

      The policy regarding gays was from a memo published by the owner/founder in January of 1991. According to the article after his death in 2012: It seems the people spoke & he had no choice but to listen: So it was rescinded 2 months after it was issued & hasn't been in effect since.

      Found this from a post on opencarry from 2011: It appears (as some have pointed out) that it's solely up to the manager of each particular store as to whether or not they want to enforce it. IMO, this would have been the smarter thing to do, instead of showing up & surprising them..

      There was nothing after the few minutes that are in the clip there. I listened for about 45 minutes to see. That's why that clip is relatively short. I'm assuming it was cleared over the CAD system.
