I read the official list of BLM demands . . . it's been out for some time. To relate them on a more personal level, here's a family analogy . . .

Husband and wife have a 20 year old son, the oldest among their several children, who has grown up to be a layabout that cannot keep a job on the few occasions he actually goes out to find one. He leeches off his parents living in their basement, continuously asking - and pestering - for "spending" money. One day, he steals the family car, and on the way out of the garage, he and his buds loot the garage of all the tools, lawn mower, bicycles, fishing gear, and anything else of value, then set it on fire, burning it to the ground. Several days later, the parents figure out it was their hoodlum son as the car has now been wrecked, and it was torched afterward. It's a smoldering hulk.

Blaming his parents for all his ills, he now demands:

• $500,000 tax-free cash in "reparations" for the "abuse" he suffered from his parents having attempted unsuccessfully to instill some discipline into him. Being given rules to follow while living in the house, and being expected to perform some chores to maintain the home is outright slavery.
• $50,000 per year tax-free income in a trust fund for the rest of his life as the abuse he suffered makes him unemployable. This includes annual cost of living increases.
• A two bedroom, fully furnished apartment, including a 75" 4k TV, complete with free cable and internet, and free cell phone, with parents paying the rent and utilities for life with yet another trust fund.
• All tuition and books and other fees paid to any college or university of his choosing, for as long as he decides to go to school.
• Complete payment of all medical expenses, eye care, dental care, and prescriptions for life; may incur yet another trust fund.
• All family members will be sent for required "re-education" at hard labor, to forcibly learn the error of the oppression they subjected the son to.
• No rules or any conditions to be imposed on any of the above, or for anything else. Must be able to do anything he wants to, any time he wants to.

Failure to meet these demands immediately . . . or any failure to continue to meet them . . . will result in the family home being completely looted, and then torched to the ground, and if other family members try to prevent it, they'll be immediately killed . . . and that's if they manage to get out in time while it's burning. The garage and car were an example of his ability and his will to carry this out. It's not an empty threat.

That . . . in a nutshell . . . is BLM, aka Burn, Loot and Murder. By any other analysis, it's a terrorist organization threatening terrorist acts if its ridiculous and absurd demands are not met.

You act out what you believe, eventually. And they’re acting like they don’t give a **** about black people. They sure do seem to give a **** about deconstructing American society. Seriously? Pulling down a statue of an abolitionist?

The part I highlighted is exactly what BLM is all about. They aren't into working toward fixing what's wrong within the confines of existing American society for the benefit of the entire community. They just want to tear everything down and replace it with their own cultural Marxist agenda.

They have duped many into supporting their hidden agenda under the BLM banner. They are a political ideological movement.

Ya. Burn down your own businesses and neighborhoods. That they can continue to get support from the people whose homes and businesses were destroyed is astonishing to me.
