hopefully he gets better at criticizing her than he did in 2008 and 2012

"I know Hillary and I think she’d make a great president"
"
Hillary Clinton I think is a terrific woman"
"
I really like her and her husband both a lot. I think she really works hard. And I think, again, she’s given an agenda, it is not all of her, but I think she really works hard and I think she does a good job. I like her."

Was she the dem nominee at the time?

Every single poll has suggested otherwise.

I'm basing my opinion on consistent polling. I don't really know where your opinion is coming from on this matter. There's absolutely nothing to suggest Trump is, or was ever, the best chance.

Yes, all those polls could turn out wrong... But so can your opinion on who's best.

You and your polls. Especially this far out from election day.

The problem with polls

Yeah, the candidate who beat 15 experienced politicians and 1 sleepy doctor for the nomination has absolutely no chance against an unlikable old hag who has been beat 20 times by a 74 year old no-name socialist from Vermont.

What did your polls say about Trump winning the nomination? :):

Yeah, because no one else ever says good things about someone who's support they want/need. Unh hunh

Mitt Romney on Donald Trump ALL the way back in February 2012: "I am so honored and pleased to have Donald Trump's endorsement. Donald Trump has shown an extraordinary ability to understand how our economy works. To create jobs for the American people. He's done it here in Nevada. He's done it across the country. He understands that our economy is facing threats from abroad. He's one of the few people who stood up and said China has been cheating. They've taken jobs from Americans. They haven't played fair. We have to have a President who will stand up to cheaters."

You mean there are more than one lying, spineless opportunists in politics? Say it ain't so. I take back what I said about Trump, if Mitt Romney was willing to do it, it must be ok.

In the last democratic presidential primary? I'm confused as to your point.

that was then, this is now. Before she was running against Obama, who may be worse. Operation chaos.

frankly I don't care what he said in the past about her, I care what he'll say in the future

Sadiq Khan vows to help Hillary Clinton defeat Donald Trump ? POLITICO

Looks like Hillary has the foreign Muslim vote locked up.

From the article: "In contrast, he (Khan) said he would “love” to see a Clinton victory because he could not imagine a better role model for his 14-year-old and 16-year-old daughters."

Nothing says "role model" for teenage girls like viciously attacking your husband's sexual assault victims in order to keep political power.

Just out of curiosity, why would "ANY" Muslim vote for Trump over Hillary? Serious question.

It's entirely possible to have American citizens who are Muslim that are just as concerned as we are by accidently letting in terrorists.

That's just crazy talk!
Next thing you will tell me is that there are LEGAL Mexican immigrants in
the United States that love the country and that hate illegals walking in here scot free.

And are completely willing to have all members of their faith banned from entering the country, and despite being American citizens have their places of worship watched, and willingly submit to increased scrutiny? Yeah, seems plausible.... Most Americans would be ok with that (apply purple where needed).

Aren't you overstating his proposal a little? I thought he said he wanted a temporary freeze on muslim immigration until we "could figure out what the hell's going on". I don't think that's very practical, but it's not the straw monster people are making it out to be either.

But point taken, probably most Muslims would think the majority of Muslims coming into the country are more like them and less like terrorists.

It's almost as though he's a lying fraud.

Or a really good businessman. ;)

Technically, he didn't lie. At the time he made the statements about self-supporting his campaign, he didn't say that they were loans that he would pay back.

Personally, I don't fault him for this. It is his nature. In fact, as president, I expect him to make even more money than he already has and/or arrange things to make sure his family and friends make more money.

It is his nature.

It was
"Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on," a campaign press release said.

Of course if you wait a few days you get

"We have a serious problem, and it's a temporary ban -- it hasn't been called for yet, nobody's done it, this is just a suggestion until we find out what's going on,"

I don't think I've ever heard him say "The Muslim people, they love me. They all love me" like he does with other groups.

Not love but apparently 'they're so happy with what he's doing'

"I have many friends who are Muslims," Trump told Lemon. "They're phenomenal people. They are so happy at what I'm doing."
"I love the Middle East," Trump declared. "I love the people of the Middle East."
