While directly violating provisions of the special counsel statute and doing so to appoint the same gov't apparatchik who slow walked the initial investigation and allowed important charges to time out
He is still supposedly out of it. Always with a but with you.

Can you name any AG that didn't recuse himself from investigating the sitting President?

Obsess all you want IM. My opinion is one that you will never get a response to the question that you desire. So in your mind you have won. Take the win.
So you cannot explain who has the authority and where they get that authority but you just know they have it?

What makes you think you're the only one who was taught? Can the president go picking through documents at the pentegon on his last day to decide what he wants for his memoirs and then since they're "declassified" by his whim, can he sell them to the highest bidder, foreign or domestic? You've never answered that question.
    Yes he can.

As is ignoring the timeline and only focusing on what eventually happened because of circumstance and outside pressure with you

I can't think of any AG since Mitchell who didn't eventually appoint a special prosecutor for the scandal du jour, except perhaps Sessions, ironically. His complete washing of his hands allowed the appointment of an SP rather than appointing one himself

Sessions recused himself 2 months into the job and only 4 months after Steele shopped the 'dossier' to regime media

Contrast that to the 2 years and 10 months that the FBI has had the original Hunter laptop as well as the similar timespan that the FBI has had the Ashley Biden diary. All of that is the FBI and DoJ running top cover for Biden - and who runs those organizations? Has Garland recused himself from any role in those investigations? Do we even have an unbiased accounting of what actions he has taken out of public view?

One of those two examples is not like the other, and is once again an example of how the left only champions legal standards when they can be applied to others, not themselves

Newt Gingrich said it best when he asked Janet Reno
''Is the Attorney General the protector of the President or the enforcer of the law.''

We have to have enough votes to blatantly beat democrat voter fraud.
    Huh? No you don't.

It's gonna take a lot more than +1 to overcome the democrat machine. I think in the swing states Trump's gonna need more like at least +15 in 2024 November. D's pay their harvesters by the vote, who pay people to vote.

It'll be interesting to watch the polls, after Biden and his administration's performance exposed over the last few days.

If this isn’t a simulation, then biden should tank in the polling. I dunno though. There’s no telling how the media will be able to convince voters that the money Biden unfroze for Iran did not go directly to pay for the weapons that Hamas used on Israel.

So far they were able to do the old trick where they fact check something that that’s not relevant, and then act like that means the whole thing isn’t true.

For example, Insaw some schmuck on the tube saying that DJT claimed that it was tax payer money. That’s not true, according to the fact checker, it was money that was frozen, therefor fact check: false. Whether it was taxpayer money or not is not as relevant as whether it was Biden’s doing. It was Biden’s policy that led to the Hamas attacks. They played Biden for a fool, and proved he is a fool. He unfroze the funds, which were frozen In the first place because Iran is ****ing dangerous.

According to the US State Department not a single penny of that 6 billion has actually been spent.

”Released”, in this context, means “cleared for future use”, not “taken delivery of”.

There are strings attached to that money to attempt to keep it directed toward legitimate purposes.

It’s politically beneficial for republicans to place blame at Biden’s feet for this, but this rhetoric is not grounded in fact.

The real cause of this violence is woven into Islamic culture, and it is likely impossible to divorce from the outside…so, I say let’s put the blame where it belongs: zealotry.

This conflict will end when islam changes its position on Jews, or there aren’t any Jews left in the middle east…not when the US elects the “correct” president.

Money is fungible. The weapons came from Iran.

    It is.

That's the root cause. We don't have to be enablers. As long as Iran plays as a bad actor in the world, we should do all we can to limit their ability to pay for ****. I don't care what strings we attach to it, I don't see where they've demonstrated that they give a **** about that.

You're not saying anything that's not already obvious. Policies of the US president have an impact on their ability to act as terrorists in the world. We can pay them to be terrorists, or, at this point, I'd be okay with glass being the US policy towards Tehran.

You don't think a weak, morally ambiguous leader factors into the decisions made by bad actors? Jimmy Carter will be glad to hear that

Starting to think Israel v Hamas might be your fellow travelers downfall at the ballot box? Sweaty palms? Your rhetoric is becoming quite equivocal

“Released” in this context means it’s on the way. I’ll gladly pay you Tuesday for missiles today.

Biden should see this as an act of bad faith and re freeze the assets. That ain’t happening.

This is what the founder's set up to fund the federal government, and to keep America competitive. Yes things will go up in price but many things will start to be built in America once again. Keep our wealth here.

Not just that but making stuff here pays people here enough to have a middle class here.
