Yup... That's got "Bad Idea" written all over it.

The less drama the better, brothah.

Guys guys guys! It's just a friend from HS. She's down on her luck, out of a job, married to a real AHOLE if you know what I mean. I'm a sucker for helping out old friends and if it can get her some cash in her pocket every couple weeks, why not? And if I ever get my truck fixed and get this tree trimming job, she'll have a full time job too.

See? It's called helping out old friends. Not sleeping around or attempting to sleep around. I'm not like that and my wife knows it. She even liked the idea of having a good person to babysit on call. ;)

Sounds like your wives have trust issues... :):

No trust issues on either side here. Good on you for trying to help out an old friend.

BTW, I was in no way insinuating you were attempting to sleep around...You seem like you have much more integrity than that...

With that being said, on the surface it does seem like a bad idea...You should be all about helping out old friends, but you should lookout for yourself and your marriage first.

There are better ways for sneaking in under the radar than this.

 That's usually the first thought!

On the surface, yea, I can see why it would be, and yea, she could have done a 180 in the last 6 years, but I doubt it. She's a good girl in a bad position, just as always. I'm always watching my back though and my marriage does come first. However, I always give people a chance. f me over one time you lose my trust forever unless you REALLY make up for it. Never had that problem with her.

Regardless, it's a non-issue. I'm just happy to have ran into her and had I not gone with my wife to let her buy that STUPID movie, we'd not have a great babysitter for hire! :rockwoot:

Stupid movie, good friend. Who woulda thunk it?

    I commend you for that.

Don't worry, just a little ribbing. I really didn't figure you were that type....

The general situation appeared a little more.... ambiguous, but the way you've described it, it really isn't.

Your man card is dangerously close to being revoked, but if I named the movie I "watched" last night I think I'd be shunned away from here.

I think you would have been better off playing that one off as an adult film rather than leave it up to people's imagination.

While I wouldn't want anyone's kid to watch it, it wasn't an adult film in the sense that it was a porno...I wish it was though.

Kara made me watch it, it wasn't by choice.

Another drink or three and I might say the name...But I'm not looking forward to it.

    What movie? SAY IT!

    I seriously don't want to.

I doubt many people on here have seen it, but once you look it up and read the plot, you'll be ashamed of me...If you actually watched it, you would be p***ed I brought it to your attention.

Horrible...Absolutely horrible...I stopped watching after about 20, maybe 30 minutes and watched the last 5-10 minutes...Man, I wish I could erase all of it from my head.
