I have discovered a new culinary treat!
A thin slice of my homemade bread, toasted, and spread with Irish butter and some creamy Jif. Combined with a large cup of ginger tea. Bite, sip. It's almost like sweetened, peppered peanut butter toast. Oddly satisfying.
Sounds good but what is Irish butter? I have never had it or heard of it.

Edit: Got it now, just Google fu'd it

    .
I think it is Goodwin funeral home with the museum on the back side if I remember correctly but it has been over 20 years since I have seen it. He has a lot of cool stuff. The first green car that ran the Indy 500, A movie car from the great race, one of FDR's wheelchairs and a lot of bicycles, cars, buggy's.

That's it, still available for tour by appointment

I got it because I always wanted to look one over up close. Never had one I could get to before.

    No real plans for it.

Yup. Coming around. Still barking up some chest congestion but no sweats, no fever, O² levels good. Barb has not gotten as harsh a dose of symptoms as I have, thankfully. She's close to normal except for some drainage and a little sore throat in the mornings.
    Great news ! :alright:

How are you and CKW doin'?
All things considered we have adjusted to this new norm.
She has been in good humor all day and that makes me smile. This has all been so hard on her and she has her own issues to deal with but never complaint. I am truly blessed to be with her.
