    My God man me too.
    What great times.
And it still is there when we need it.
I just wish I could run the b northern route like we used to. At least bi-weekly sometimes twice the same week. I put a crap load of miles on my rigs.

    Good times.

Yeah i remember now, sorry about that, i met another ingoer and donated some P320 stuff to them to get it out of my office a couple days later. I locked my keys in the truck during that lunch and really made myself look special that day lol. Id be happy to have lunch you or any other INGOer. I eat around noon in Ligonier, just shoot me a PM.

I appreciate all the pantless highway offers guys, im 98% sure I’ve got it worked out now. If everything goes to plan I’ll have my first quality 1911 next weekend.
    Congratulations and welcome.

    Morning Czickoos! :coffee:

Nothing new to report from this weekend. The P229s I was bidding on went to different homes other than mine. My heart just wasn’t into any of them I guess but some folks got some good deals in decent P229s for under $500.

I am considering sending my S&W Mod 13 3” off to S&W for a refinish and tune up. It’s a gun I want to trust for carry but it has a lot of miles on it and someone did a home reblue that didn’t turn out real well. It’s an early -2 recessed and pinned gun that would be worth the investment I think.

Same. I was thinking back on all the miles driven and things exchanged on that route. Cuddled up in the “magic bus” for warmth…

You and me both. Sheesh that one is purdy… Luckily I made a deal this morning for one of my Grail antique bicycles, otherwise the envelope I set aside for that fund would have had a different name…
    You starting a museum?

    :coffee:

And good morning all. Paperwork and scheduling to accomplish getting back to work starts this morning. Fun, fun!

Feels that way at times… I’ve got a list of things I want. I’m getting close to completing the gathering phase. Then it’s just making them all look and function how I want.

This past year I’ve stumbled onto a few different bicycle drive systems that are unusual and rare. My goal is to get them operational on bikes so they aren’t just display items.

There's a private museum in Frankfort Indian that I got a chance to tour, it was owned by a Funeral director. He had all sorts of bicycles that I never knew existed.

I think it is Goodwin funeral home with the museum on the back side if I remember correctly but it has been over 20 years since I have seen it. He has a lot of cool stuff. The first green car that ran the Indy 500, A movie car from the great race, one of FDR's wheelchairs and a lot of bicycles, cars, buggy's.

Interesting! I’ll have to see if I can find it. The Bicycle Museum of America is just over in New Bremen, OH. It’s a really neat place that I would tell anyone to go visit!
