Not on the Mazda, but on the previous car at least a dozen times. Back then I had a lady friend whose dad was a cop, so he'd either sign off on the fix-it ticket or have one of his buddies take care of it.

They only ever dinged me for the front. It was legal on the back windows in CA to use 5%.

Car-Teks on US41 (west side of the road, about 1/3-1/2 mile south of US30) came very highly recommended by a professional auto-restorer.

I talked with them, they have 5% limo tint, 20% and 35%. They have regular and ceramic in all 3 tints. Ceramic is roughly $240, regular about half that price if I remember correctly.

had 2 cars tinted from carteks in valpo on 30. no issues and price reasonable. had my explorer front windows done about 4 years ago - no issues. had my woman's avenger done (5 windows) 2 years ago - no issues. they are a small shop tho so may want to call in advance to see when they can get you in. next car i need tinted ill go back to them
