We didn't have a NWI INGO Open Carry Cigar Night in Jan or February but I've got a very pro-gun cigar rep who is coming in March. He owns some full auto weapons and probably a lot that I don't know about, so I am wondering if we want to have another NWI INGO Open Carry Cigar Night? It would be Thursday March 13th, cigar will be the new mid-priced MONTE by Monticristo.

Of course anyone with a Silencer, SBR, AOW, full auto weapon would be strongly encouraged to bring it for show & tell . . . along with any other weapon you may choose to bring too.

    Yes?

Should I post in the EVENTS section and make it official?

Purdue does have a policy of gun free but legally it holds no weight of law. As a non student they can only ask you to leave

NO, according to state LAW, college campuses are NOT gun free zones.

Campus RULES are set by individual colleges, the school says that students, faculty and employees are forbidden from carrying guns by their employment policies and student policies. They can ask me to leave if they notice that I am carrying, no different than any private business. But I've carried many times on Purdue/Lafayette campus and inside campus buildings (concealed) many times without incident at fencing tournaments.

My class at the PUC campus is what ultimately brought me to guns and to INGO. Two armed robberies and a stabbing in the PUC parking lots just last fall. Starting first of this year, I was going to CC there regardless of the rules, since I would only be in the role of student, and not employee like at Ivy Tech. Since I'm retiring, I don't need to take the PUC classes any more, so that issue is solved.
