I have to be at work at 7am near downtown Chicago and im pulling a small utility trailer. Planning on leaving at 4am, I wonder what time ill actually get there. Usually leaving at 4am im there by 4:55

I doubt it's clear.... Pretty much entire area in a state of emergency and plow trucks won't be going out till about 4am at the earliest

I just saw a state highway plow go down are road. They must be staying out for the night.

I drove into Lowell after that "order" was given. I saw county plows driving to and from town. I have one that goes past my house every few hours. They may not be keeping all the roads plowed, but they haven't quit.

Just pulled my neighbor out of a ditch at the entrance of our subdivision. He's driving a 2 wheel drive Ranger. After he was out, he couldn't even get back into the subdivision. Had to hook back up and tow him all the way back to his driveway. No plows in sight what so ever.
