CP gun show was rather lame today. There were quite a lot of empty tables. I did get to coon-finger a Glock 42 though. At $500.00 it was over priced, but it was sold within 30 minutes or so. Didn't smell any nasty asscracks either. Maybe the cold weather had something to do with that.

$18 mini mags... poor selection of firearms, new guns over retail prices, ammo over retail prices. 5 mins after I hit the door I said to my friend, Why the hell did I come?
I did by some .410 dragons breath shells for fun. had to waste some money somehow (other than the admission)

Also, I did a side by side comparison with the Glock 42 and my Sig 938. They're almost identical is size, even counting the beaver tail on the Sig. Of course the Sig weighs a little more, but packs more of a punch, being its a 9mm. I'll keep the Sig.

Nope ... with a 2 box/100 round limit, it wasn't even worth reaching for my wallet. Not to mention it was .06/round.

1) going to find FEDERAL .22lr
2) find it for less than .06 cents a round
(right now)

Anyone know if there's a vendor at the CP show that sells gas tubes? If I can find one locally it would save me a lot of headache. Thanks.

If anyone is there as sees a rifle length tube + roll pin for $25 or less grab it, I'll pay you back.

Finally back from NBT with 4 new tires and wheel alignment.
Two real bad tires (slow leaks) and one 70% worn out tire. But hey those tires lasted me 4.5 years!
The 4th tire was only a year old but I had them replace it anyways and I kept that one.
Up next is to find a rim for that 'old 4th tire' so I can replace the donut spare with a full size spare.

I'm 75% certain it can be stored in the spare well but will have to confirm once the weather is nicer. The well is much bigger than the donut is right now. Or worse I just put the spare in the trunk. It **WILL** fit in their along with WD's body with cement shoes on.
