Jedi did no such thing as u r a south of US-30 redneck. Now Da PINKfather saw that one of his members needed help and he did step up and is charging you the amount he paid. Had it been Jedi the total would have been much higher probably double to include the new lake county corruption tax, jedi fee, south of us-30 excise tax, redneck fee, tax for the fees, etc.

I wonder if he simply never got a LTCH?

The story makes it (sort of) sound like he didn't have a license in his possession but, being the media and being very incomplete with the report, I suspect the guy was unlicensed.

Its not a well written story, nobody investigated or they're just ignorant. When did this take place? Now it's not a requirement to not have your LTCH on your peraon(although its a really good idea). If he had a LTCH, charges should be dropped. Although he might have not had his LTCH on him because he didnt have one. Maybe he never applied, maybe he just applied but never received and thought he was good to go.

the reporter need to do a little investigation to provide more details.
