I go to IndySouth at SR37 and Smith Valley on the south side.

buy the groupon and check it out. Take a mirror selfie before you start and compare to a month later to decide if you want to pay full price.

i haven't felt/looked this good in a long time. It's worth twice what I pay.

    9 by 8 today (9 exercises, 8 times around).

Four exercises--burpees, crawl outs, 188s, and body toss, all separated by throwing the 30lb (13.6 kilos if we have any Europeans in the house) medicine ball, 32 seconds each.

Did not quit, wanted to. Did not zook, wanted to.

    that sounds awful Kirk.

It was, but I slept like a log after the IU game (no beer assist either). I jumped right out of bed too.

Got to do more of this.

188s=start in squat jump up and turn around 180 degrees.

body toss=from push up position, throw (hop) legs (together) from side to side, ideally 180 degrees but I was to do maybe 110 all 8 times around.

And this zook you are referring to, is that a euphemism for yacking?

    Yes.

I do love San Diego. Best fish tacos. Oh, you have got to go to Hodad's for a burger.

Nope, did manage to get over to Coronado for the day. Saw the Midway Museum, the Maritime Museum, Little Italy as well. Only 2 days here, wife had to come here for a conference so I tagged along.

We did a long bike ride Saturday. It was in honor of the last weekend of Winter and a celebration of Ancient Grains.

Today, up and down the hill* for 45 minutes on bikes.

*hill is on Shady Creek in Foxwoods Neighborhood in Lafayette. According to Ben Davis Trig from the 11th grade it is an average 5 degree slope (steeper in spots).

30 is actually a safe number?

There was an exercise nut in the UK who had a rate of 27 bpm.

Don't Tour de France winners have sub-40 bpm rates?
