Why would anyone here listen to anything you say?

A brand new guy comes onto a forum only to post off topic agenda-driven "suggestions?"

Any tiny bit of new guy credibility you might have had has lost ground with every post you make. :dunno:

If anything, you have turned many away from your anti-meat agenda. :n00b:
Hey man, it's a free country! If I had an agenda (besides wanting everyone the best chance at seeing their great-grandchildren) and wanted to "get" people, then wouldn't I want to make whatever I'm saying as pleasant and in threatening as possible? (Like saying "research shows that chocolate, beef jerky, and beer provide the healthiest human diet")

If you can't deal with something, just turn it off and grab a coloring book. But my hope is to at least give people something to think about that is outside the box-within-a-box that is our current situation as humans in this part of the world.

One thing I haven’t seen mentioned (at least I didn’t see it :dunno: ) is no one has mentioned getting processed sugars out of your diet. Do that and come back in a month or two and tell me how you feel.

I've cut WAY down on sugar. I used to have 2 spoonfuls of it in my morning coffee, having two cups, plus I used to eat dessert after every meal. Now I rarely eat desserts and do my best to cut out sugar when and where I can. Sometimes you just gotta, but I do a lot better than I used to.

Hey now, newbie here! I'm learning the ropes, brother, just give me some time. I've got a day job and a family

If you were actually learning anything, you'd be posting about the main premise of this gun forum.

Instead you come on to our forum to promote your meatless monday sort of agenda. One that obviously goes over rather poorly here, as you knew when you started this.

    Add purple where needed.

I mean, these plants are just minding their own business, until a human comes and rips them from the earth, or cuts their heads off! :runaway:

Yup, why can't the insulin enter the cell receptors? It's the fats, the lipids that block them, not sugars that make them too sticky . Get that fat outta your veins first, then you'll see the difference.
That is a serious oversimplification...inaccurately so... of insulin resistance and the relationship of fats and fatty acids to it. Fat doesn't plug up receptors and cholesterol from eggs doesn't go straight to your arteries. Does fat affect insulin resistance? Yes, but not necessarily in the way you may think and all fats are not negative in this regard, even animal fats.

...but if it works for you, do it to it.
