They can have my image as long as they don't mind one of my fingers obscuring part of my face. An interview will be punctuated by insane, nonsensical, and threatening outbursts, rudeness will be the baseline. I'll wear sweatpants in case I need to count to 21, or vent my bowels.

Actually, I would do the trust thing. I can be patient for a week or so until it's set up.

If you do that at the interview, I'm sure a smart lawyer will make the case for you not getting your money.

If people don't want to meet the conditions, then they don't need to buy tickets.

A half billion dollars is what I think is considered "F U Money". I'd be exercising that phrase regularly, become much nicer to my friends, and much more rude to folks I don't know.

Nah, a half billion is "F Me Money". It's enough that you can engage in most any behavior and just write a check to avoid the consequences.;)

In my banking career I dealt with a few lotto winners. There should be proof that the winners took a personal finance course before they are allowed to take the winnings. One winner started hanging around a casino and ended up running off with an employee there. Had to split his winnings with wife. Another one had several kids. She bought each one a high end car from the same dealer. The check bounced and the dealer had to wait for her next payout to get his money.

Another one changed his name. He told me he got calls from people he was in the first grade with, asking for money.

I've seen where instead of making a plan to preserve the wealth, they just went out and blew it. It was actually sad to see this.

    Broad generalization alert:

Are we supposed to be surprised that people who hang their financial future on a lottery ticket would have a hard time being wise with their money?

I'm guessing if you're at the point of hanging your financial future on a lottery ticket, you probably don't have a financial future to begin with. In that case it becomes a temporary "livin' the high life" event. These are the same people who know the payday loan people on a first name basis.

    And there it is.

    Prepare for ****LOADS of lawsuits.

FBI says Jan. 5 tip about the suspected Florida school shooter was received by FBI's Public Access Line but "protocols were not followed" to escalate the tip for further investigation
