I voted for "other" and would suggest you look at Brommeland gun leather for his Max Con V, it is without a doubt the most comfortable IWB I have ever used.
Try a Brooks A-grip, they don't require you to modify your pistol, give a VERY secure grip, are soft against you skin and MUCH less money than a grip stipple job.
I had the express sights (small dot) on a SIG P225 that I took to Front Sight. For ten yards and in they are faster and precise enough, outside of that they start to get to corse for my taste. I think the straight eight with a wide rear notch (.156) will give you the best of both worlds.
just hold the mag by the sides and give it a good smack on the back side with your off hand. What your hearing is a round moving inside the mag, a good wrap settles things and quiets it down, it works for my XD45c mags.
