My apologies, my mistake I misread thinking it was a .22 version. I retract all prior statements...lol
With that said, I am looking for a good deal on a S&W M&P 15-22.
I don't carry off the job often (private security), but if I do I prefer pocket holster or ankle. Never liked the idea of having a loaded weapon pointed at my "region". I guess some people do. I stick to my original "that's ridiculous" comment.
My wife goes out of town about once month on business. Sometimes I go with her, but for the times I can't I would like her to have protection. Guidlines:
Revolver
Low recoil
Short enough barrel to conceal
Low budget (200 max)
I realize that budget isn't much, but that's what I got...
This gun is obviously a just for **** and giggles fun gun. I wouldnt trust a .22 in ar15 clothing to protect my life. For the gun in question, this is the perfect pallet for "decking it out". IMO. If we were talking an actual AR15, that you would indeed use to protect yourself with. Then a...
Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2011 with Gun. Seems to be a winner. Heres a link to the game: IGN: Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2011 (Game & Gun) Heres a pic of the gun:
I carry all over the place. some of which state no firearms, but then agin im in my security uniform. Most of the time people assume Im and officer. Which im not and dont claim to be, but this could be the reason they say nothing.
Again, Im not trying to be rude....But what makes them cheap? The brand, style, or just that they arent needed. Im looking to deck out this same gun, and I dont want to be considered "cheap"
Sounds like I should go for the 10/22. Thats was my initial choice, but once I found all the "cool" looking guns out there it got me over thinking it. What should I expect to pay for a 10/22 used?
Thanks. i just want to range shoot for fun, maybe shoot a few squirrels in my woods. But at the same time I want something my buddies will think looks pretty damn cool. Thanks again, and sorry for being such a newbie.
To be honest all I want is a tactical style/looking 22lr semi auto. Price wise $400 would be a complete max. Buying used would a preference, due to budget. I'm new to the gun scene so I don't know what too expect.
