In our newly constructed home, the shower door was getting installed today in our master bathroom shower when the installer realized the manufacturer forgot a piece. They have to come back Friday when I'm off work to install. I also have to walk all the way to the guest shower to shower because I'm not a bath guy to use the tub in the master tub.
I've had to walk past this construction site for 5 days. I'm still waiting on the crew to show up today. I'm awake, they should be too.

The master shower is installed, but I have to wait 24 hours to use it as the sealants cure. I still have to trek all the way across the house to the guest shower still today.

That's rough to be a guest in your own home... Kinna like getting divorced, your still paying for it but you at least you get to use the guest bathroom.

Since my wife and kids are out this afternoon I had to make my own lunch. I decided to make tacos. Well, I dropped the taco shells on the floor and broke them. So I had to make nachos instead.

I had to go clear to the wood shed today to get firewood. Hunter left without bringing it up to the house.

Traveled thru Brainardville much of the afternoon, negotiated about 20 roundabouts, thought I would be killed.

Put the rugs in the dryer. Push start button. Humming noise...no start. Do this four times. Take rugs out and put in the upstairs dryer. Hubby comes home...dryer not working, please check. Hubby pushes button, dryer starts.

I think hubby should do laundry from now on. Now I have to all the way upstairs to get the rugs out of the other dryer.

Happens all the time. Wife tells me something's broke. I try it. Works just fine. Of course there usually is something wrong with whatever, it's just intermittent. But if I really want to get her going, I mansplain how to use it the right way.
