How's the shooting with those grips? My SRH came with the rubber hogue but I like the look of those better and Ruger sells them for $30 or so.

For me the shooting is not bad at all I really enjoy these grips, they're quite comfortable. For 30 bucks I say put the order in.

I, personally, prefer the original grips to the Hogue's Ruger now ships the GP100 with. The originals fit my hand like a glove, and always did a great job softening the recoil. The Hogue's do not fit my hand at all, and I'd be ordering the originals from Ruger the day I bought one.

    Try before you buy!

I got a birthday present early...here's my Nagant m1895 pistol. Definetly not a carry piece, but it makes a nice add to my WWII handgun collection.

Am actually carrying my 64-1 today. ;) It's more comfortable and conceals better than my CZ-75B, haha. Though admittedly I don't have a proper holster to conceal the CZ.

I only have one "wheel gun" that was belonged to my grandfather. He died when I was 13 so I was not given the until MUCH later.

Anyway, it's a S&W Model 66. Not original case, but does have the original cleaning kit and screwdriver.

I like it because it's VERY accurate. I have a video of the first time we shot it (after it had been sitting in a closet for YEARS) and I was able to hit a watermelon on my first shot from a pretty good distance. I didn't measure it though. :dunno:

    Anyway, here's pics.
