Look, we all know you are upset that the guy you voted for (obama) f'd it up royal.

You were lied to by the media.

obama was not vetted in the least before he was put at the top of the ticket.
He is a fabrication developed by david axlerod.
He is NOT the smartest guy to grace us with his wisdom.
He is not the great unifier we were told he was supposed to be.
obama has sought to distract and cause a divide between the people of this country at ever opportunity.

You have had 4 years to get this figured out.
He STILL has cover from the lame stream media but it's getting smaller all the time.

The emperor has no clothes. It's ok to admit you made a mistake, you are still welcome here.

    :yesway:

Uhhh, I voted for Obama but he's an ineffective president. I admit that, nothing wrong with it. HOWEVER, he's not the demon the GOP and Fox News wants everybody to believe. Oh, and don't tell me that the media only lies about the Dems, Fox News is run on bull manure and satan's farts.

R/R is a team straight from hell and most of the GOP is as well. We have Republican elected officials quoting passages from the Bible dedicated towards hurting and hindering other groups of people. They sling righteousness about abortion, yet they actively pass laws denying human beings rights. Give me a break, get the Bible out of the government and actually act like human beings.

Fine, everybody agreed we should have gone to war. Why then are the Republicans astounded that we have to actually PAY for the wars?

How can you compare spending money for justice to spending money on quite a few businesses that went bankrupted? On top of that, spend much more on a forced healthcare mandate?

I don't have health insurance because I cannot afford it, but thanks to Obama, i will be penalized $2k...affordable healthcare my ass.

Justice is an ambiguous term. Where do we draw the line? Why not send troops to Syria and Iran? Paul Ryan looked like he was getting frisky thinking about it at the debate.

Prove that the businesses went bankrupt. I can find supporting articles for both sides of this debate. Again it's one of those cases where "something" happened and both sides exaggerate to extremes in both directions.

I don't know your situation however have you tried pricing out the lowest priced option for health insurance?

How did bush do the same thing if Obama has spent 2 times of what Bush spent in 8 years in 3 years?????

Give me a break....What about the Koran that Obama spends a lot of time protecting...what about the born alive bill that Obama voted against. I have seen a 14 ounce baby live yet he thinks if they show a sign of life after an abortion they should be tossed in the trash...I guess he is in with his buddy Cass Sunstien who thinks dogs have more rights than babies and killing a baby is not the same as killing an adult.

We can do this all night, let's look up every single thing our government has ever spent money on and see how stupid they were.

OH yeah, since Obama is paying for the war we should probably give him a credit of a few trillion for that.

Okay, we can debate this until the Internet decides to turn off. How about putting women in jail for miscarriages? That's what the GOP supports. Swinging the other end of crazy makes this better?

If you haven't guessed yet, I'm not a blind Obama follower, but accept bull**** wherever it exists. I just think the GOP is slinging nastier bull**** than the Dems this time around.

The GOP supports "putting women in jail for miscarriages?"

WTF are you smoking? Every instance I found through Google where a woman faced jail time for a miscarriage, it was a case of neglect, or downright intentional acts on the mother's part to cause the miscarriage.

Would you prefer that any that intentionally contributes to the death of a fetus, (outside of medical procedures obviously) face no charges?

Here's what Republican run governments try to pass. Sure, it might not pass now, but if they get control they CAN pass stuff like this.

Let's talk about this. To you this may be a black and white issue but let me propose something. Let's say that causing a miscarriage by smoking or drinking during pregnancy is now a federal crime. What happens when somebody determines that eating a cheeseburger is unhealthy to babies and causes health problems? What happens if for no other reason than the baby had incurable health problems and was miscarried, but the mother still ate a cheeseburger? Do we throw her in jail forever?

On its face the TN bill seems fine to me. You are arguing over what will be considered an actual cause of a miscarriage. In the 2 paragraphs there to read I do not think that is the intent at all. Using the cheeseburger as an example is just stupid, but you are right, there are those that would back that reasoning for prosecution.

Surely, that article is a joke!? Can anyone truly think that a system such as the writer suggests could ever work?

I used to run a good size construction crew. It never failed, one person would find out that someone else made 50 cents or a dollar per hour more than them, or that someone got a raise, and they would come *****ing to me about how unfair it was, how "I'm twice the worker he is, and he makes a dollar more than me, WAH!"
I tried a couple times to explain to these idiots that "you made your deal when you were hired! You make your deal every time you ask for a raise! He made his deal, and regardless of how hard either of you work or how good you are, the fact that someone else makes more than you,(FAIR OR NOT!) has NOTHING to do with YOUR wages!

For the most part, everyone has the opportunity to improve their situation! You can ***** and moan about people making more than you, and just show up and put in your hours, or you can do something proactive to improve your income!

Get a different job, get a second job, do what it takes to move up the ladder from where you are now!
YOU are the only person responsible for your income!
Maybe instead of crying about people who make more money than you, study those people, find out how they got to where they are, and do the same thing!

The problem is the "ENTITLEMENT MENTALITY" of too many these days!
I could talk about this all night, but I don't think it's possible to get through to the people who need to hear it!

I totally admit the cheese burger thing was designed to be preposterous yet it "could" be a thing in the future.

Defining what can harm a fetus starts off as common sense, then descends into craziness really quickly. Do we travel that road or do we leave it alone?

Firstly, DailyKos as an unbiased source? allrightythen

Secondly, posting something that 1 or 2 Republicans might want as representing the entire Republican platform is disingenuous at best..

By your logic, since Dems voted for the Iraq War, then they are all war mongers.. or that Hilary saying "We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good." they are all Socialists..

Let's face it, some dems have some outrageous positions, but to say that ALL share the view of a few is ridiculous, on both sides..
