Breaking news. All the local news stations are reporting that a major development has happened and there'll be a press conference on Monday. FB groups are reporting that someone is in custody.

If the press conference is being held by the Prosecutor's Office (as opposed to LE), it implies that charges are being filed.

...or the Prosecutor's Office has the space for a press conference.

Just seemed like this case was very much under wraps. Is it because it was so gruesome? I still haven't heard what exactly happened to those girls. Maybe I don't want to know.
