I believe there is a suspect, but unclear whether it is actually the guy in the pics.

The guy in custody on the probation violation may or may not be that guy. They had a bail hearing, which the judge took under advisement - meaning he didn't rule on it right away.

Woke up in the middle of the night last night and thought about this case for a couple of hours. I hope there's a solid suspect in their sights and they're putting everything in place to have an ironclad case when there's an arrest. Why else would more audio or even some video of the suspect not have been released to stimulate public input?

It didn't keep me up last night, but I have been wondering lately if the prosecutor is slow-walking this to make sure there is enough evidence to convict. They'll probably only have one shot at this arrest. If it turns out its the wrong guy, then it'll be that much harder to convict the right guy.

I'm sorry, but I don't think anyone here "will take care of the justice." Are you going to gamble your freedom for vengeance for two strangers? I agree with your sentiment, but with any doubt it could be done without prosecution, I wouldn't be willing to take that action.
