Trump Airlines never filed bankruptcy that I can find....it was merged into US Air or one of them companies. Trump was never involved in Tower Air.

Never filed bankruptcy, but the company (Trump Shuttle) went bankrupt and defaulted on it's loans. It's creditors seized the company and entered into an agreement with US air group. And yes I know Trump was never involved in Tower air, I stated the name sounded like he was.

I was just clarifying Trump was never involved in Tower Air....for those who may have thought he was.

Not that it matters, but Trump Shuttle must have had some value or the banks wouldn't have wanted to keep it and other airlines wouldn't have bought it. That tells me Donald is a pretty good businessman.....

You ever looked at the list of every airline that has filed bankruptcy? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airline_bankruptcies_in_the_United_States

1 out of every 5 companies in this country worth $1 billion or more have filed bankruptcy.....that's a crazy stat!

Buying a profitable business and running it into the ground is being a pretty good businessman? It had some value, but I'd dare say less than when he purchased it. And I take out a mortgage on my home, I run it into the ground and trash it, the banks will still take it to attempt to recoup some of their investment. That doesn't mean I'm a good homeowner. And the banks couldn't sell it, at least right away. They finally entered into a partnership with US air group to run it with them having right of first refusal within x amount of time.

Was this supposed to be in purple?

    One would hope.

Mexican nationals? No idea, but I don't know of any law off hand that would prevent it. Of Mexican descent? Yes. The judge in question was born in IN.

And I like the quote from Trump "Trump defended Trump University at the Friday rally by pointing to the “mostly unbelievable reviews”". I'll agree that the reviews, at least the positive ones were "mostly unbelievable".

This one of my major problems with Trump. He's sowing the seeds of prejudice. We all know about his "Mexican," rants, and the large amount of support he has gained from it. There's absolutely no reason for him to bring up that particular judge's background.... unless, he's playing a "card." This is no different than when they called Zimmerman a "white Hispanic," as if either was basis for their seasonings.

Dang Kut quit making me agree with you. My opinion is he's pissed at the judge for consistently ruling against him so far, so the judge must be biased and the reason for his bias is his Mexican heritage. At least in Trump's mind. It has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Trump bilked I don't know how many people.

Although depending on which generation American the judge is, it might have a serious impact on the seasonings he chooses. Cumin and Cilantro over let's say Parsley, Sage, Rosemary let alone Thyme (And yes I know

especially after granny said she witnessed his birth in Kenya.

That's debatable. It's unknown if she was referring to Sr. or Jr.

IDK this is what I get when I Google 'Kenyan POTUS'

Yep, he is of half Kenyan descent. Any proof he was not a citizen at birth? If you have it I'm all for impeachment, but didn't Trump swear he had proof he wasn't and was going to release it? Whatever happened with that?

OK, approach this from a different angle: If we want to carry a gun, operate a motor vehicle, build a building, install a septic system, get married, fly an airplane, or operate a seagoing vessel larger than recreational vessels falling below the Coast Guard's definition of a 'ship', we have to first secure official permission including proof ahead of time of being qualified to the government's satisfaction. Why is it that we live under such conditions and he can be president with his proof of qualification being, "F*ck you. Prove I'm not," while (eventually) providing a computer-generated document that was assembled poorly enough to fall apart in my computer-inept hands. With what I see available in terms of hard evidence, the only two things I consider to be proven truths are that he is approximately black and is presently in control of the Executive Branch.

Ill ask a relatively simple question. Let's say Obama was born in Kenya. What is the motive, if he was, to smuggle him into the United States, while committing several federal crimes?

I have an idea of what to make of it. It's something along the lines of "Oh noes, there's a black guy in the White House, so let's make some **** up about him not really being American!"

Well for firearms, that depends on what state you are in. Motor vehicles, private property or public? Etc, etc. What other previous president has had to prove their citizenship? And as for the PDF falling apart, the creator of the PDF program stated that is how all documents would react that were made using that program.

Ill ask a relatively simple question. Let's say Obama was born in Kenya. What is the motive, if he was, to smuggle him into the United States, while committing several federal crimes?

I wouldn't say there was any nefarious intent. If he was born in Kenya, his parents/grandparents probably did not know the law at the time and simply figured he was a citizen so flew back with him. Back then air travel was much easier, a woman goes to get on board with an infant and they didn't need reams of paperwork to prove who it was, if it was a citizen, etc. As for the Hawaiian birth certificate, HI issued birth certificates to anyone who had parents living in HI no matter where they were born. It had to do with some fed law (or perhaps state) regarding HI citizenship, "natural born Hawaiians" had benefits naturalized Hawaiians didn't iirc. ETA I do not know what HI put on the bc for place of birth if they were not born in HI.

I wouldn't attribute it to racism. Perhaps desperation to keep a person who was born to a communist and a foreigner with communist or socialist leanings, and raised during a large part of his formative years in a foreign country from being president. That and the fact that his bio which he approved stated that he was born in Kenya. Along with his absolute refusal to release virtually any info about his college years. Along with most likely having at least one university help by forbidding a reporter from accessing their library which contained writings by Obama, after he was already approved to do so.
