Not sure what the matter is, but I was able to access that page from their website. Links appear to be the same. So :dunno:. But here it is for anyone that wants to check it out.

It is an everyday occurrence. There are 3-5 a day on average depending on year. Most occur in rail yards though.

It still does not work for me. Even if I change my proxy server to inside the USA. I get "The requested URL /content/nscorp/en/investor-relations/stock-information/ownership-top-holders.html was not found on this server."

Maybe roads and railroads should not cross at the same level.
I’ve said for decades that RR crossings should be elevated above the roads or the roads elevated above the RR at the RR expense. As it is now they block traffic for miles since most trains are 1.5 miles long, at least NS are, and they block emergency services with no recourse.

That would be nice, but impractical.

We’ve elevated roads for decades. This nation is famous for wasted investment. No reason to not spend billions on restructuring the crossings. Practicality has very little to do with infrastructure spending.

Your not talking about just crossings, huge sections of track would need to be elevated.

Good friend works on the RR, don't remember which one but imagine it is the same for most. Said they are now authorized to run trains a little over three miles long. They must have a mid train engine or engines but these also are controlled by the front engines. Jim.

Not sure what to say. The link I posted still works for me, the one you posted still doesn't. And they appear to be identical. So once again :dunno: ETA I just copied the link you posted and get the same result as you, not "copy link" just "copy".
