How can you own golf courses and buildings around the world and only have a networth in the hundreds of millions?

When you owe the bank hundreds of dollars, the bank owns you.

When you owe the bank hundreds of millions of dollars, you own the bank.

If you learn about the real estate market - all over the world - leverage is the key. You don't have to have the money yourself, you get banks (and other institutions) to loan you the money.

Lends more evidence to the fact that he's lived his entire life on selling himself... to businesses, partners, banks, potential voters... and having nothing to actually back up those promises. We've seen lots and lots of words... lots of claims... but without a real plan or people willing to work with you (Mexico, Ch-y-nah)... nothing is going to come of it.

Donald Trump Is Acting Like He Knows He's Not Going To Be The Nominee

But where does he go from here with the GOP primary voters? Most of them aren’t ready to jump onboard with the Golden Hairstyle – they are looking for one of the real candidates to break out and get some momentum. And now that chaff has been largely separated from the wheat, the Cuban Wonder Twins are gaining strength. With Jeb! having turned in his exclamation point, it’s now only a matter of time until Kasich sobers up and realizes no one cares, and until Carson decides the ratio of book sales versus the destruction of his reputation has gone negative. At that point, the ~25% of primary voters inexplicably locked up among the three stooges will be free to move to the last real Republicans standing.

In other words, there’s about 65% to 70% of the vote out there that’s not going to go to Donald Trump. Those votes are going to go to end up with either Rubio or Cruz, though Cruz seems stubbornly stuck just behind Rubio. And we’ve already seen that happen in the past when they divvied up the potential votes from Huckabee, Santorum, and Christie, as well as the potential vote from Gilmore.

Depending on how all this would shake out, this could put a new light on the candidate that, purportedly, "is not beholding to anybody", wouldn't it.

Well, in his defense, he doesn't mind threatening bankruptcy or actually declaring bankruptcy to avoid the debts.

Just think, when he gets the power of executive orders, he may not have to pay any of it off!

If Carson pulls out, I think it is hard to say where his supporters would go. Are they anti-establishment types that would go to Trump? Are they religious people that simply couldn't support Trump? I think Kasich's people would go to Rubio. Cruz voters... not sure. We are anti establishment but are concerned about Trump for many reasons. But who knows how many.

If Trump gets the nomination, I don't think the 60% group that don't like Trump are all going to stay home in general. How many non Republicans will vote for Trump, they say quite a few.

We are in some unchartered waters.

"A Democratic oppo-researcher says 80% of the stuff they have on Trump hasn't come out yet."

Playing right into the media's hands. They've got nothing on Cruz, nothing on Rubio.... but a ****load of junk on Trump. Get him to win nomination, and he's an easy target to bring down.

Hello, President Clinton. Thank you for that, America.
I didn't read your attached article but generally speaking, many are waiting for both shoes to drop after the nomination. They will uncork everything they have to help Hillary and her walker across the finish line.

    Oh, I almost forgot...

...I know it must be absolutely infuriating to see criticism of your guy, and how infuriating it must be for you to not understand what Twitter is... but those aren't my problems.

    You may be right!

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

I have always considered twitter to be an instrument to magnify self importance, a kind of eParticipationTrophy for millenials, much like facebook.

Adherents can assert that they have x 'friends' on facebook and/or y 'followers' on twitter. Ergo their life has (proportional) meaning and their self-esteem is justified.

No. It's an aggregator for news outlets and pundits. Easy to find information, as it happens, all in one place. This is my purpose for it.

There are also people that use it for this:

    Depends how you use it.
