Carson talking, sounds like he's staying in.... dammit.

These selfish last-placers are going to contribute to a disaster.

As long as Trump, Rubio, and Cruz are in its not going to matter if the bottom feeders stay in or not. For it to matter it would have to be a 2 man race and neither Rubio or Cruz are going to go anywhere as long as they are neck and neck.

The donors and votes from drop outs will likely go somewhere. Jeb dropping out just gave Rubio his best chance, as most of Jeb's supporters and donors will likely follow the establishment line. Cruz will have some serious work to do.

The stage is now set for Rubio to prevail in the upcoming Brokered Convention. Here's hoping someone can get him to rethink his position on things like phone encryption. If Rubio gets the nomination...and fails to beat Hillary in the Fall...the GOP will have some serious thinking to do.It would be a shame to see the best chance the GOP has had in recent memory, turn into just another establishment entry which further demoralizes Republican voters.

    Good Luck to all.

I guess JEB was too conservative after all...

Not a bad article on him. One that does go to some pains to point up the fact that he might well be the most "conservative" candidate (with the creds to back it up) who might be getting in the race. He is certainly much more of a conservative than Romney ever was or will be. Other than the two key issues they note in the article, (which could be killers, for a certain segment of the party faithful) he is a much more credible candidate than people have been led to believe.

SC delivered a substantial number of delegates to Trump, it looks like. At this point, Trump > Rubio + Cruz.

Gonna be a long spring. Trump leading by > 3x MOE in Michigan, Nevada, and God only knows where else.

This stupid ******* on CNN just said that the Trump phrase "Make America Great Again"
is code language having to do with Obama and has racial overtones.

Texas is Cruz 34.0 Trump 27.3 Rubio 9.7 (RCP average, no polls newer than 1/26)

Florida is Trump 40.0 Cruz 19.0 Rubio 13.7 (RCP average, no polls newer than 1/21)

Both Trump and Cruz beating Rubio in his home state. Done. If Trump can close with Cruz in Texas its all over
