turned hard this morning. plugged the trickle charger in tonight, so I should be ok

changed your oil lately? Thicker velocity and/or old oil will make the engine harder to turn in this cold weather...

She sees the Nephrologist on the second floor. She went there for her physical therapy for a while too, but now I do it with her at her house three days a week. They told her she was as good as she could get and booted her out of the program....if they could only see her now!! Still using her walker, but doing so much better.

Okay...I have no formal training!! We use her exercises they had her doing and I count and remind her of what we are doing next. I'm mostly moral support! She never does the cartwheels and jumping jacks even though I instruct her to every time I am at her house!
