    Back in July I placed an order for ammo. Three different calibers. The 9mm and .38spl shipped within a few days. The 5.56 didn't. Now it's over two months later and it still hasn't shipped and it shows in stock. The virtual help agent is completely worthless and my messages have gone unanswered. So at this point I consider my $45 stolen. So I will not be doing any more business with PSA and that doesn't bother me. Just take this into consideration when purchasing from them.

    Did you pay with a credit card?
    You can always dispute the charges.

    This. While it may not be the easiest to find someone via phone, it can be done.

    Sometimes you just have to put in a little more effort than an introvert is willing to give. (assuming why you havent called and yelled at anyone yet LOL)

    Been a customer for years, a while back they messed and sent a can of 556 ammo instead or 308, they sent me the correct item I ordered and said keep the can of 556. I also had a set of pin punches from them one broke (my fault) they warranted it sent complete new set didn’t want the broken one.

    They have been fine for me. Not the fastest but always gets here. I'm thinking they have a tremendous amount of product to ship daily. Their pricing and selections are great.

    I've had no problems getting PSA on the phone. You may have to pick a different selection than the call paths that are handled in automated fashion, but definitely doable. As others mentioned give them a call.

    Agree with everyone above. Bought from PSA several times. Only issue I've ever had was delayed shipping when I ordered some of their new AAC branded 6.5 Grendel ammo. Called, got right thru to a sweet little English-speaking southern girl who looked up my order and told me they were having issues packaging up that ammo fast enough. My order showed up a couple days later.

    I have spent the last two days trying to call. Every time the automated assistant tries to connect me to a real person it hangs up on me.
    have you tried a different option in the phone tree?

    Edit: As someone who manages phone trees/systems sometimes they break and we have no idea until somebody tells us.

    So as an example*, hit 2 for billing instead of 3 for customer service. When you get to a bean counter, explain you have been trying to reach option 3 customer service but it just hangs up on you. Let them know there is a problem with the phone system and you would appreciate a manual transfer.

    And with any luck, accounting will reach out to Poindexter and have him fix his :poop: after they transfer you.
