    Went and checked out the new Cabelas today. It's not very big and was kind of disappointing. But it was a nice day to be out for a drive.

    Well here some point'rs...:D...always tape yer angle at'a ceil'n 1st.....thin yer mud down(ought'r be like cake batter...)......yer gonna need'a 12 fer them butt-joints(knife), 10'll work, but a 12's better....

    look'n good, tho.....:yesway:
    Heck yeah, 12" beats the :poop: out of 10" every time!

    Thanks. I've been figuring it out as I go thus far. Made a hell of a mess thinning down the joint compound (pulled mixer too far out of the bucket while the drill was running). I have a 12" knife (as well as a 6", 8", and 10"). Today was my very first attempt at taping.
