    evening leadeye.

sounds like you had a good day

Chock, I have been on subway management to start writing her up for being late. She is late every day. She leaves early every day. She complains she isn't getting enough hours. So I was glad to hear she got a warning yesterday, she clocked in 1 minute early today. So it helped a little. I went back up around 3:15 to make sure she was still there, she was and I swear, if looks could kill, I would be dead right now.

yeah I know. most of the staff we have here though know the job and what is expected of them, like work the hours your scheduled.

Ideally, management should be "directing the workforce". Such as, you two guys do this job. You go do that job. You three coordinate with the cranemen to lift that slab.

In reality, management should motivate workers who do not motivate themselves. But instead, just keep yelling at the good workers, and let the lazy slide, cause it's too much work to get them to work.
Deal with employees that keep making the same mistake. And don't understand why anyone's mad.
Employees that think the job is "owed" to them.

    I'll be right there.

Well, it might be a few minutes.

Venison roast....should be ready about 6. It went in later than planned cause we were outside having so much fun.

The guinea pen is about a third full of firewood now. We still have a big pile to split and stack. I'm guessing we have at least four years worth of wood with that and what we already have in the barn.
