Yep, a nice, med-rare ribeye with corn on the cobb and sliced tomatoes.

I like Cavender's, but not on a steak...The only salt you should be using on a good cut of beef is Kosher salt; you can use as much as you want and all it does it form a nice crust...It doesn't dry the steak out at all.

I was at the local market tonight picking up corn and their daily special were 2 HUGE T-bones for $9.00, so I snatched them up...The only problem is they seasoned them, so I'll have to wipe that :poop: off and do them up Benny style.

Mama likes the Cavendar's. I sprinkle it on lightly right before it hits the grill. Sear the crap outta both sides and cook em' up. Mine gets Medium and hers gets the " beef jerky treatment".:n00b:

Well I return to the workforce tomorrow on light duty status, no use of the right arm/shoulder with anything heavier than 3/4's pound.

Wonder how much ice I'll have to go through trying to keep some of the swelling/pain down?

    Yucky.

Medium isn't too bad, but I like med-rare, so I can use the blood/seasoning that didn't get cooked off as a dipping sauce. YUM!

Luckily, Kara likes her steak the same temp as mine...Since I usually buy a whole ribeye, I get them cut ridiculously thick and we just share one(~75:25 me)

It's not hard, I worked in a sports card shop and don't have any interest in sports. Its a job, and a plus for the boss since he knows you won't run off with the merchandise.
