    What is PEX tubing?
Clear flexible tubing. It's used for under concrete heating.
We are fastening it to the underside of the floor......1 loop in every joist space. I have to hook it up to a manifold, wire the actuators and run a 1" copper loop to a boiler.
This house will run off of 6 zones each with it's own thermostat.

Sounds like this will be a great radiant heat source. Bet this is some serious $$$'s for the install, but will recoup the money in the long run.

It would be great if you only needed heat. Still need ductwork for A/C.
The boiler I'm going to install is over 95% efficent. But it is an expensive install......very labor intensive and the boiler is not cheap.
