I thought it was pretty clear.

I don't get it either Jim. Just got done reading the thread with the rule change in it. There are a few that just don't get it or choose to not get it.
It is broad but pretty self explanatory.

I don't see how people can put something on the web and not expect it to be quoted!! But I think the new rules are good allso!! There were some members that took it to far, and made others not feel welcome!! We wouldn't be toe PW's that we are if we didn't feel welcome!!
