Nowadays you pay more for the 'Tina..... All about the look. Car needs a chassis swap and modern drivetrain. Restore the interior and add some AC. Done. Wouldn't touch the outside. Most cool but way the hell to much for that piece.

So as one of the elders, from a time when everyone tried to make their car as nice as possible... What do you think about this patina craze?Yeah I know.

Car makes me what to get .Oh My God..............................................
Fair enough. I'm trying my best to convince as many people as I can that these cars are meant to drive. No matter what it looks like. If you see mine on a trailer, something is broke..I like it well enough. On the right car.
Just not for me
Yes they do crack. Especially if you like driving through high water......a lot.
Ford still has that problem....
Another note, cars with drip rails are amazing in the rain while driving. Windows down on the highway in a rain storm is quite the experience.

I had a grade school teacher who drove a 65 Bonneville convertible and it was all original. It was not a show car but was still in damn good shape and I loved that car. It came up for sale after I got my license and I tried hard to talk my dad into buying it. No dice.
I go back and forth on which one I like the best. Those '61 Bonnys are so cool, I also have a big love for the '65 fullsize... The '62 Grand Prix is also sexy....That era of full size Poncho's were just super handsome cars.
The interiors were blinged out to the Max.
