If you have the install kit with the gears it will not be that tough to do out of the car.

Take off at idle slight throttle tire smoke then hook
Bam 2nd gear tire smoke then hook
Bam 3rd gear hook
Bam 4th gear hook
Bam 5th gear tire smoke sideways at 100mph

Put car back into garage wife says what have you been doing?
"The garage smells like tire smoke"

4.6 in a Mustang correct?
If so based on my experience with Mustangs I would go 3.73s. It will rev pretty good when cruising at interstate speeds. The 4.10s are doable but it will be trying to ring it's guts out if you do a bunch of interstate cruising. I have put 3.73s in a bunch of street Mustangs over the years
