Not sure I would call it a gift because the underlying reason for MeToo is still valid. I do believe it is a wake up call to the MeToo movement that the allegations alleged by these many starlets are serious and not be taken lightly by the accusers if they want the allegations to be taken seriously against the aggressors. Does not approach the setback that the made up Rolling Stone article had but points out that some women can be vindictive.

I'm guessing the property was tainted by his ownership, sorta like a murder house, and no one would make an offer. I can't imagine the property value has declined by $1.5M in 4 years.

Stock market is up and the Wall Streeters are rolling in cash. I would have guessed that Long Island properties were appreciating rather well as the billionaires bid each other up for a summer mansion. But I haven't actually looked at any of these properties so I really don't know how they are selling.
