Not 100% on that... they did mention you could solo play and quest, which would imply there are NPCs. Definitely wouldn't be as deep as the previous games, though, if so.

Yep, looks like that's about it. Some pretty solid stuff! RE2 was a sweet surprise... TLOU2 looks nice, Death Stranding still amazing.... though ALL of the gameplay today looked like bullshot, we'll see how it pans out.

Things you should think about----

You can nuke people, but yeah they can you too...
The worst thing about survival games like these (noting that they aren't battle royales), is that a LOT of players will be playing the game solely to ruin your day. For people who actually want to take in the actual game, they are going to have difficulty from roaming teenage death squads who are going to plunder everyone they come across.... they will be the Fallout Version of Halo/DODs "camping f**"

Thinking further about this, watching the video in my previous post... I'm hoping "PVP" is optional... something you can flag. You should be able to play the game without having to deal with other people killing you for no reason.

You are preaching to the choir. I gave up all online games years ago. Pretty much when COD stopped allowing mods and custom maps. Too many kids cheating, cussing, and acting like idiots all of the time.

More on Fallout 76. There will be a questline... no human NPCs... but there'll be robots, terminals, and holotapes... therefore questlines.

Also...

‘We don’t want to be griefy, but we want there be a little bit of drama without ruining your game. There’ll be a balance between aggressive players and those who don’t want to deal with PvP too much.

VATS will work in real-time, it will be different but if you are not that good with shooters you can specialize your character to be good at using VATS.

There’s so much in this game. Once we find out what the players like, since we built a system to add content, we’ll do that.

We’re committed to doing mods, but not at launch. You’ll eventually be able to have your own private world and mod it.’

I dont know... i hated the build system in fo4.. i guess it is a wait and see situation but no human npcs?

I might have been into the game if they didnt call it fallout. We will see.

HOLY **** , i dont know how familiar you guys are with Fo4 but im on a survival play through and you cant save unless you are sleeping in a bed.

Im trying to get to kellogg right now and the landmines one hit me.. ive been at this for hours. Its so infuriating. But so so satisfying
