not really even interested in it now. 4x bigger, 4x more copy cat buildings and enviroments, 4x less entricate fluff( sheds full of gnomes, skeletons OD'-ing on jet) 4x more grinding quests( collect 100 mole rat meats ). If its anything like ESO ill probably regret buying it. I about had a heart attack when i saw the teaser. Now im just disappointed i might have to wait for the next fallout to get the game i expected.

Eh, perhaps im being to cynical. They know theyll get my money

Yeah the gameplay sections really looked ... poor, to me. Probably turn into "pay this much money to protect your base from nukes"... while everyone camps the nuke sites. And say goodbye to installing mods on an always online game.

I'll be preordering fallout 76 for sure...I also did hear the guy say that you can now build building EVERYWHERE and not just at certain bases....plus the nukes? I totally want to vaporize my enemies.


Seriously though...when FO4 came out, a group of people was upset there was no online mode....just the same, the opposite group is upset that it's going to be more online play....you can't make everybody happy. I for one, would enjoy the online portion...so as long as it's not unreasonable. Question I had was, will there be any derivable cars?

Keep in mind, it can be played solo, but isn't single-player. So you will HAVE to be in the world with other players, online. It's going to flop. I'm disappointed too. So much for "Save Player One." Bethesda is going to get quite the backlash.

Probably shouldn't expect a ton. It'll rehash a bunch of PC games from other E3 presentations... they historically get better each year, but the big announcements have been scant. No, Half-Life 3 isn't going to happen.

Well they sort of dated themselves... Apparently the PC Gaming Show is recorded two days before E3... which explains why there will never be a major release announcement on it unless it's live. It'd be leaked before E3.

Show wasn't bad. Sean Plott (Day 9) is a pro, great host. Two Point Hospital (spiritual successor to Theme Hospital) looks good... "Sable" looks REALLY good... super unique art-style. Anno 1800 also sort of interesting, though I've never played an Anno game.

Now to take an hour break before tonight's Sony conference... should be a good one. Kojima might even be there...

Things you should think about----
ALL human characters will be actual players. There are no human NPCs
You can nuke people, but yeah they can you too...
The worst thing about survival games like these (noting that they aren't battle royales), is that a LOT of players will be playing the game solely to ruin your day. For people who actually want to take in the actual game, they are going to have difficulty from roaming teenage death squads who are going to plunder everyone they come across.... they will be the Fallout Version of Halo/DODs "camping f**"
