Guys, I am sorry for throwing out the insult and the "go **** yourself". I truly am. I have had enough of hornadyLNL over the years and his attack on my character was enough to call down the thunder. I should have simply just clicked the button and moved on but I couldn't hold back. I'm sorry. That was improper and I shouldn't have done it. I can't un-do it (well I could, but that would be counter-productive at this point) so all I can do is offer an apology.

    Moderators are human?

    Unacceptable!

I've been forum moderator often myself. I understand how it goes - especially with a thick-skin-required forum such as INGO.

    I'll assume Mo is vupdblue...

He most certainly did. He got angry because someone was attacking him and reacted. He didn't react simply because rules were broken, he used that reason to get back at someone who pissed him off.

Seems simple to me. If he trolls someone else, he's gone. If he trolls a mod, then another mod should deal with it.

The difference is, the other mod isn't reacting out of spite.

Again.. "what difference would it make if VUPD had msgd another Mod and said "Ban him" instead of doing it himself?"

You might have a point, if this had been Hornady's first offense... instead of one of MANY

What data? You have a link to that? They're committing 80-90% of all crime, in a city that is 67% black? That is iffy even if every black person in the city is a criminal. Do you believe that all the black people in the city are criminals?

What are the overall crime statistics? What is the crime rate for Ferguson?

The Canfield Green area is gangland (Bloods/Crips). That wouldn't tend to skew the crime statistics, would it?

And "Hands Up, Don't Shoot" goes down in flames:

The report found that witnesses who claimed that Mr. Brown was surrendering were not credible. “Some of those accounts are inaccurate because they are inconsistent with the physical and forensic evidence; some of those accounts are materially inconsistent with that witnesses’ own prior statements with no explanation,” it said.

“Although some witnesses state that Brown held his hands up at shoulder level with his palms facing outward for a brief moment, these same witnesses describe Brown then dropping his hands and ‘charging’ at Wilson,” it added.

“Those witness accounts stating that Brown never moved back toward Wilson could not be relied upon in a prosecution because their accounts cannot be reconciled with the DNA bloodstain evidence and other credible witness accounts.”
