I am getting reports from the Wizard that sight swap surgery on the Omega was a big success. He seems to be really impressed with the TFX sights. Hopefully, if the range is open, I will be able to test them this week.

I have always been a fan. Bet you will love them.

Because of the price, I ended up ordering mepro's for my P-01. Less than half and price and I don't need anything fancy, just something visible.

I wanted to try a set since they are designed for both day and night. I usually won't carry a gun that has fiber optics because they are useless at night. Hopefully, these work well in both day and night.

I do like the Mepros but love the Tru Glows for shooting indoors.

That's why I wanted to try the combos. Maybe I could find something to cover all the bases. If I really like them, though, they will contribute to keeping me poor.

Thanks BA, I'll do that. My mepro's for the P-01 come in today (woohoo to free one day shipping from Amazon) and I hope to have them installed sometime this week at USDS, if they are able to do the work. I'm making an assumption they can do it, but they're my closest LGS.

Good to know. I'll see if USDS can do my P-01 this week and when I order the sights for the Rami, I'll plan for a trip up north.

I haven't had any problems with CCI, Winchester or Federal primers.

Now that I'm thinking about it, what do you use for SD rounds? One of the above? I typically use Remington Golden Sabers, so I'll have to test them out in my P-01 before and after upgrades to verify there aren't any issues.

llh, do you know yet if the TFX's should fit a PCR? Are the PCR sights the same as a standard CZ 75 or Compact?
