llh or anyone else know if the TruGlo TFX's fit a PCR and the Kadet 2? If so, any potential issues with sight heights?

I can tell you that the same set of Mepro-Lite night sights from CGW fit on 75 series 85's, PCR and I think it was a number 4. I do not know about the Kadet 2. But comparing CGW info I would think the TruGlo would fit the PCR.
    Here is CGW info
    Mepro-Lite nite sights
    SP-01/75/P-01/PCR, etc
    * Does not fit the RAMI
    * Does not fit the CZ-97
    * Does not work with Canik's
    * Does not fit the polymer CZ "P" Series

Those are the ML-17775 model, right? I wish they had those in the green color, or at least with a different color front sight. Otherwise, it's probably what I'll end up getting for my P-01, just because it really has to have better sights and I hope to eventually carry it.

That's why I have such high hopes about these TFOs. They are pricey and it would take me a while to backfit the other models but they sure look better than what else is available.

Oh hell, who knows... Still sorting that out.

Well, it would take a bit of training for you to adapt to "cocked and locked" carry from what you carry now. So, if you have even the slightest desire to occasionally carry it I would most definitely stay with DA/SA. You can always get a pre-B beater later on and go SAO with it for the range.

Or, when you get a hankering you can just come up and shoot mine. ;)

Hmmm... Just read some and looks like the TFX's are milspec. Much more rugged. Sealed vials and light pipes are better-armored and won't fall out which was a problem in the past. Sounds like these were 5+ years in development. I don't mind the price if they're truly superior for my purposes of SD, SD training, and a bit of fun at the range.

    BA, PM coming...

Falls under the "better than nothing" category.
I had a Sheriffs Deputy tell me one time that they used that stuff if they didn't want to spend the money for night sights. He said it worked great!
