So I just had a small video from CSPAN on Instagram....demon-crat gal from Illinois asked both CEOs from Ruger and Daniel Defense if they were in favor of abolishing the ATF....Both of them said "they were not in favor of abolishing the ATF". I now know this whole life thang is a game and it's rigged.

Picked up someones makeshift Remington Navy conversion today. These came from the factory as 38 rim fire, but this one has been shortened and reworked for 38 long Colt some time in the past. I'll look around for parts and see if I can add an extractor like the 1858 conversions had.

Real conversion guns of any manufacture are hard to scare up. They had a short window when they were made and were sold cheap as manufacturers were really just trying to use up parts from the cap and ball era.

Well we got the back yard/sand lot cut. The wife's tiger lillys are super tall and in full bloom.



I'm cooking a late supper. Breakfast for supper tonight. Sausage, French toast and scrambled eggs.


We'll sit back and catch something on the tube.


We are feeling pretty dang good for having covid. The runny nose/cold symptoms stopped this morning. Still a bit tired too. Our daughter is home but the son is still at his grandma's until Sunday when we are officially not contagious.

But I've been able to spend almost 8 whole days with my wife and not a bunch of running around. We did some on her birthday last Saturday but that was it. It's been a long time coming. Kinda sad it take a virus to make it happen.
