Trigger gauge results of my stuff:

Fullsize CZ 75 Polished Stainless 9mm "Shiny" (manual thumb safety)
    - Has a very low round count.
    - Has the CGW pro package "guts" swapped into it from the Wizard/BA/CM/My Rami, polished internals, 13# blue hammer spring.
    - Has the best "felt" trigger of my CZ handguns, but has the highest pull weights so go figure :dunno:

    DA - 7 lbs 13.8 oz
    SA - 3 lbs 10.6 oz

    CZ SP-01 Tactical 9mm (decocker)
    - Has over 1000 rounds through it.
    - Has almost a CGW pro package minus the race hammer and disconnector, polished internals, 13# blue hammer spring.
    - Had the best "felt" trigger prior to internal polishing. After polishing, the results "felt" minimal to me.

    DA - 7 lbs 3.0 oz
    SA - 3 lbs 3.5 oz

    CZ P-01 (decocker)
    - Has less than 1000 rounds through it.
    - Has almost a CGW pro package minus the race hammer and disconnector, polished internals, 13# blue hammer spring.
    - Had the worst "felt" trigger to me of my handguns and was gritty feeling prior to internal polishing.
    - Got the best results from polishing on this one, it feels the most "slicked up" of the bunch now.
    - Has the lowest SA number of the bunch.

    DA - 6 lbs 10.5 oz
    SA - 2 lbs 14.5 oz

CZ Rami 9mm (manual thumb safety)
    - Unknown round count.
    - This was previously a fully done up Wizard special that changed hands a few times within the group before I got it.
    - Removed all the Wizard's magic for transplant surgery into "Shiny".
    - Has almost a CGW pro package minus the race hammer, adjustable sear, and disconnector. Polished internals, 13# blue hammer spring.
    - Has a good "worn in" feeling to it, very very similar to Rusty's Rami.
    - Has the lowest DA number of the bunch.

    DA - 6 lbs 7.2 oz
    SA - 3 lbs 8.6 oz

Awesome DOGG. Kinda fun going through all of them like that, isn't it? I find it interesting how they feel before and after. My RAMI had prolly 1000 rds through it and who knows how many dry fires by me. It felt good before polish and I thought it felt worse after I polished it up. Feels better now after I've been dry firing it. It's all in the finger man.

CM sent me pictures of the Slide/Frame for the 1911 Legacy build. The slide is a work of art...........when CM and AllenM get together and build a 1911 I must say that Baer/Wilson/Nighthawk could do no better...

Sounds like some positive finally with the 40

I was just on the GunSprings.com site and ordered a recoil calibration pack for the gun. It comes with 3 extra power FP springs, which explains the pack of 3 extra power springs that came in the case. Somewhere in this guns past, someone went down this same path but at some point, the recoil spring was replaced with a very light spring. We'll have to see how this impacts the function, but the gun sure does like a heavier spring than what was in it.
