I've been eating a sliced apple, dusted with cinnamon, with two spoonfuls of almond butter mixed with local raw honey with my morning coffee. Good breakfast and it tastes like a dessert. If I'm out of apples I try to have watermelon on hand. Fruit first thing has been working out pretty well for me.

WT is a good age (and I applaud him) for getting his body ready for the rigors of older age.

It's really really hard eating right, but occasionally having something like my apple breakfast makes it seem like I'm cheating when I'm not

The gardener says I do bear imitations in my sleep, don't suppose that's the same.

The gardener says I do that too much in my waking hours, but would prefer the bear imitations to GB.

Been up since 0500 your time. Picking up a garden wagon then home to gather tools. To lowes to buy a door, then to Elwood. To install a door.

Went to bed at midnight and was awake at 4:30 due to my tinnitus. Some nights it wakes me up 4 and 5 times.
