I don't have access to a lathe so I use a little cutter from Brownells, you just choose the appropriate bore pilot and just carefully start removing the metal, the pilot keeps everything concentric. You can use a 45deg or I have a less radical 11degree, works well for revolver cylinder chamfers as well. I did that barrel in just a couple of minutes, it doesn't take much.

Thanks! I need to research what the process is for a lathe.

My cases are 4 gun cases. I really need another case for the Sigs
Cases? We don't need no stinking cases! Wrap 'em in a towel and throw 'em in a walmart bag. :evilangel:

Pork is pulled. Brisket will start early in the morning. Rubbed and waiting. Persimmon pudding is cooled and Barbs pie apples are cooling.

Speaking of cases. I bought a couple of these and they are really handy.

Currently I have 6 pistles packed the 6th is sold. I got sellers remorse as I packed it. One lever gun packed. Table, chair and wagon are out. Ammo is baged up including subsonic for Allen's AR9 full auto.

    6? That’s like edc gear.

Dig way in the back and find something cool, surprising or unusual.

If you don't show up with a WC in 9mm for me to shoot, I am going to whoop your old man behind. :):

Anybody know a good .22 lever gun doctor? I need to make an appointment. It doesn't go bang every time I pull the trigger.
Nope....but...has it had a really deep cleaning? My SIL had a 39a that would not feed or fire consistently. I took it apart and removed a lifetime of crud, cleaned/lubed and a made a small adjustment to a spring and it runs like a fine Swiss watch now.

Nope. Inherited it, and it's lifetime of crud.
