Finally, a bit last minute, got my Case Club 5 pistol case setup.
I ordered two of those yesterday. Suppose to be here today but now tomorrow.

The 5 pistol case is about the perfect size.
I agree. Not much bigger than my old 3 gun case, and very configurable. I really like my 5 gun case club.

Plate rack is about 21 feet. I try not to set stuff closer than that. If anyone wants to come visit and help finish up the prep tomorrow, I'd welcome help anytime after noon. Target painting, a little weed whipping, maybe reinforce some older stands. Beer and a campfire at dark, if you'd like.

    I'll try to make it.

I would love to help but need to be home by 3 so would basically drive down and turn around.

Looks good. What's the process like to perform this? I've never researched it.
I don't have access to a lathe so I use a little cutter from Brownells, you just choose the appropriate bore pilot and just carefully start removing the metal, the pilot keeps everything concentric. You can use a 45deg or I have a less radical 11degree, works well for revolver cylinder chamfers as well. I did that barrel in just a couple of minutes, it doesn't take much.
